**What is Orthoceras stone?**
Orthoceras (“straight horn”) is a genus of extinct nautiloid cephalopods restricted to Middle Ordovician-aged marine limestones of the Baltic States and Sweden. Existing in the time Period to the Triassic Period (500 – 200 million years ago). Look closely and you will find these amazing fossils strewn throughout the bowls.
